Appetizers choice of one polenta squares with gorgonzola and savoy cabbage stuffed mushrooms with sausage, spinach and shallots  entrees choice of one stuffed boneless loin of pork, broccoli rabe, sweet italian sausage, sundried tomato, pine niutes in a port wine reduction demi glaze. Fresh herb crusted top round lamb with merlot wine sauce. Lamb braciole with escarole, oniones, provolone, herbed breadcrumbs in a rosemary red wine sauce stuffed nerwegian. Salmon and shrimp, spinach, caramelized onions in a lemon fresh herb white wine sauce.
